As I enter the new year, I always like to start with a past year’s reflection. From my first LinkedIn post in 2017 to starting my doctoral program with weekly writing goals, I have grown more confident using my words for my work. My heart is whole, seeing how my community has grown and engaged across different platforms! Using the co-author #linkedinrewind for the first time confirmed my voice and vibe on my main stage Linkedin. With just 267 posts (Just Linkedin!) and tons of contributions to articles and other thought leaders’ content, I have seen over a 1000% increase in engagement in 2024 (despite the LinkedIn algorithm and suppression for #DEI #Immigrant content). 3,000+ reactions, 200,000 + impressions, 6000+ engagements, 600+ comments, and 203 reposts later; I am thankful and joyous that my words and work have resonated with someone on this platform in 2024 and hope it continues in 2025.
