The “STUDY”: What's in a Place?”

In my childhood home in Akure, a small town in Nigeria, West Africa, there was a room we called “Study”. This was because it was meant to be my dad's home office. He didn't really work from home though, so it really was just the space for a desk and table when he needed it.

Mostly, the room was just his space.
